Golpes usando nome de advogados e processos reais estão cada vez mais comuns.  
  
Criminosos usam informações verdadeiras para criar urgência e convencer vítimas a fazer PIX, compartilhar tela ou acessar links falsos.  
  
Se receber mensagem de número desconhecido dizendo que “ganhou a ação” ou pedindo pagamento para liberar valores, desconfie.  
  
Antes de qualquer transferência, confirme diretamente com os canais oficiais do escritório.  
  
No ambiente digital, informação também virou ferramenta de fraude.
